The Chitty Bite

This serve takes the rich and deep Ben Lomond Blackberry & Gooseberry Gin, and sweetens it up with honey and apple. The spice of star anise helps cut through and keeps you enlivened after your swim.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Ben Lomond Blackberry & Gooseberry Gin
  • 100ml Pressed Apple
  • 5ml (1tsp) Honey
  • 1 Star Anise

Method

Combine all ingredients in a pan till steam rises, don't boil, serve immediately... with a slice of cake.
