Ben Lomond Breeze

Ingredients

  • 50ml Ben Lomond Non-Alc Botanical Spirit
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10-15ml Agave Syrup or Honey
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Line half the rim of a cocktail glass with salt and chill
  2. Add the Ben Lomond Non-alc Botanical Spirit, lime juice and agave (or honey) to a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake with ice
  4. Fine strain into your chilled glass
  5. & Enjoy!

Ben Lomond Bloom

Ingredients

  • 50ml Ben Lomond Non-alc Botanical Spirit
  • 3 Raspberries
  • 3-4 Mint Leaves
  • 150ml Elderflower Tonic

Method

  1. Add the Ben Lomond Non-alc Botanical Spirit to a tall glass
  2. Add the raspberries and gently press them so they release some of their juices
  3. Add lots of ice and add the elderflower tonic
  4. Give it a samll stir and add more ice if necessary
  5. Garnish with mint leaves
