Behind the Dunes' is a cocktail created to celebrate golf's hidden gems, the types of courses that James from Short Side seeks out in small towns and villages across the globe. And after the round, mix our signature Scottish Gin with peach liqueur, fresh lime juice, ice and sparkling lemon soda, you can create a serve that pays homage to every adventurous spirit that discovers the courses off the beaten track.

Ingredients

35ml Ben Lomond Scottish Gin
10ml Peach Liqueur
Fresh Lime Juice
Top with Sparkling Lemon Soda
Mint sprig to garnish

Method

Add cubed ice to a highball glass, add Ben Lomond Scottish Gin, lime juice and peach liqueur, stir for 5 seconds and add more ice if needed, then top with soda, and finish with a sprig of mint to garnish.
