Little Birdie

The Little Birdie serve subtly mirrors the best – and some of the challenges – of the game of golf. It’s like playing 18 holes in a glass. Some sweet shots, one or two that get the juices flowing and a dash of raw emotion, but always with a great finish. Just perfect.

Ingredients

  • 35ml Ben Lomond Scottish Gin
  • 10ml (2tsp) Honey Syrup
  • Rhubarb Soda
  • Lavender

Method

Add ice to a highball glass, add Gin, honey syrup, stir for 5 seconds then top with soda and garnish with lavender.
