Ingredients

  • 40ml Ben Lomond Gin
  • 5ml Simple Syrup
  • 5ml Lime Juice
  • 5ml Coconut Rum
  • 40ml Caramalised Honeydew Melon & Basil Cordial
  • Ginger Beer (to top)
  • Basil Leaf to Garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and froth using an electric whisk.
  2. Pour over ice & top with ginger beer
  3. Garnish with a basil leaf and Enjoy!
