Ingredients

  • 35ml Ben Lomond Blood Orange & Pink Grapefruit Gin
  • Foraged Thyme
  • Logan Berries
  • 125ml Rapscallion Dry Lime Scottish Soda

Method

Take a highball glass and fill with cubed ice. Add 1 measure of Ben Lomond Gin. Top with Rapscallion Dry Lime Scottish Soda. Stir to combine ingredients. Garnish with freshly picked thyme and fresh seasonal berries and enjoy!
