Fairway Fizz

Created by Mia Baker to celebrate The Open, the Fairway Fizz is the perfect way to enjoy our limited-edition gin at home. Every round at The Open is full of fizzing energy, a little bit of bite and yet, can be perfectly balanced too. Which sounds exactly like the Fairway Fizz.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Ben Lomond 151st Royal Liverpool- 2023 Limited Release Gin
  • 10ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth
  • Splash of Cava/ Prosecco
  • Lemon Twist

Method

Using a rocks glass, add all ingredients and stir together. Garnish with a lemon twist for a zesty finish.
