TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions, along with any instructions given by the Promoter in related promotional materials, apply to the promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to UK residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have internet access and an account with Instagram, Facebook, and/or Twitter. It is not open to businesses, employees, agents, representatives of the Promoter, their immediate family/household members, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Proof of eligibility may be requested by the Promoter.
ENTRY PERIOD
Entries close on Friday 31st January 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be counted. The winner will be contacted via email by Friday 7th February 2025.
ENTRY
Entry can be made via www.benlomondgin.com/ben-lomond-competition and signing up to the newsletter. Each entrant is allowed one entry. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when entering the Promotion.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion, but proof of age will be required to claim any prizes.
PRIZE
The prize consists of the following:
Additional drinks not included in the dinner beyond the two complimentary Ben Lomond Gin serves.
The prize must be redeemed in 2025, and booking is to be arranged via Ben Lomond Gin by email. Both guests must be at least 18 years old to participate. The Lodge on Loch Lomond’s standard Terms & Conditions apply.
CANCELLATION
Once you have made your booking for The Lodge on Loch Lomond – should you need to cancel or amend 48hrs notice is required otherwise the generalcancellation terms apply. You are not permitted to modify the check in/out date of your reservation within 48 hours of arrival. Change of date will be accepted up to 12 noon 48 hours before your day of arrival. Voucher experience will be transferred to new date. Only 1 change of date is permitted per booking.
WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected at random after the Entry Period ends from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email by 07/02/2025 and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. A valid UK postal address and proof of age will be required. If the winner does not claim their prize within this period or fails to provide proof of age, a new winner will be selected.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes must be accepted as stated, and the winner must allow up to 28 days for delivery of their prize or hamper.
CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion, substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, or adjust the dates.
PROOF OF AGE
Proof of age will be required for the prize to be awarded, and both guests must be 18 or over to participate in the prize experience.
VERIFICATION OF ENTRIES
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify entrants who do not comply with these terms or gain unfair advantage.
DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRIES
Bulk or automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries that do not meet the stated requirements will not be counted.
DISPUTES
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal details provided will be used to administer the promotion, notify the winner, and send the prize. Entrants can opt into marketing communications from the Promoter upon entry. For further details, refer to the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
LIABILITY
The Promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment arising from entering the Promotion or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
APPLICABLE LAW
The Promotion is governed by Scottish law, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
