With the help of the John Muir Trust Botanists we have used 3 unique botanicals inspired by the Schiehallion area to create this superbly versatile gin.
A subtle combination of sweet, spicy, crisp and floral, this is a gin made for exploring, mixing and muddling.
INGREDIENTS
◆ 25ml Schiehallion Edition Gin
◆ 25ml sweet vermouth
◆ 25ml Campari
METHOD
Build in a tumbler glass over ice.
Garnish with fresh seasonal Scottish berries.
