◆ 35ml Ben Lomond Gin
◆ 10ml Honey syrup
◆ Rhubarb Soda (top with)

METHOD

Add ice to a highball glass, add Gin, honey syrup, stir for 5 seconds then top with soda and garnish with lavender.
